Setting up time space and tools for GTD

Part of Getting Things Done - David Allen

GTD

The most important thing you need to get started with GTD is will & determination to improve your productivity to the max.

after that you need to

  • set aside some time preferably at least 16 hours
  • set up a space where no-one will disturb you
    and don't share space

and for tools you'll need

  • a brain
  • basic writing tools (paper and pen if you don't know)
  • file folders, for filing
  • a calendar (digital or physical)

I personally am using notion for all this, but don't worry if you are not that tech savvy the system works completely fine on both low and hight tech the real power of GTD is in its methodology and not in the tools you use to implement it,

I am using Notion, Google Calendar, Google Drive

these are the main core kind of, except these I also use Goodreads, Pocket for keeping a to read/watch list

You might not want to implement the full system, but you can get some tricks from the content

One Good Trick is to Put It In Front of the “door”

The next few Chapters will take you through a journey of implementing GTD in your life.
